ANALISIS PENGARUH FAKTOR - FAKTOR KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN MENGGUNAKAN PARTIAL LEAST SQUARE (PLS) (Studi Kasus : Quoka Coffee, Surabaya)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen pada Quoka Coffee agar memahami keinginan disetiap pembelian produk. Metode penelitian digunakan adalah Analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan 50 responden penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil bahwa nilai t-statistik di tergolong tinggi diperoleh lebih besar dari t-tabel masing-masing faktor terkecuali harga terhadap dikarenakan kecil (0,532 < 1,6765) atau 0,532 dan p- value sebesar 0,595 tetapi tidak memiliki pengaruh motivasi pembelian.
